Welcome to St. Anthony’s

We are happy you are here. To have proper and responsible use of our facilities, please complete the form below. All events should be prepared and set up the day before the event and the facility should be cleaned and organized immediately after the event.

Please take with you any leftover food. If you are using any of our utensils in the kitchen, please return them back to their proper location. Any violation of this REQUIREMENT will result in the revocation of your permission to host all future events at St. Anthony’s.

After completing and submitting the form, we will respond to you about your request to use our facilities.

- Please be advised that you are responsible for your clean-up. All trash must be taken with you or placed at the curb located at the side of the school on Walnut Street by the utility pole. Please wash and clean all utensils and put back in their place and please do not leave anything in the drainboard. All unused food must be taken with you at the time of departure. We can reuse paper goods if any are left over. Please leave them on the middle island in the kitchen. We appreciate your help with assisting us to keep our facilities clean. ANY VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT WILL RESULT IN THE REVOCATION OF YOUR PERMISSION TO HOST ALL FUTURE EVENTS AT ST. ANTHONY'S.
